Finding Time
The biggest obstacle to most working adults is finding time in the midst of an already-overcrowded life. Not every tip will work for everyone, but here are a few of my personal ways to find time in between school, work, and everything else.
Put mindless time to use.
Listen to audiobooks while commuting, making dinner, or washing the dishes.
Always keep a book around.
I keep a book at work and a book (or two!) in my car for quieter moments and my lunch break.
Work a block of time into your schedule.
My time is right before going to bed - and don't forget to turn your phone off so you don't get distracted!
Make goals (and work to keep them).
Have a goal in mind - whether that's one book or one hundred - to help think of reading as an important part of your life.
